Pros:
Large size 1 bdr/1bath apt, valet trash pickup, beautiful property with trees, birds, etc. Side-by-side refrigerator, nice stove, garden tubs, double-vanity in 1 bath,
mirrored sliding closet doors, lots of storage space., cable TV broadband Internet service available as wells as digital cable, DSL available although to get cheap rates, need to sign up for 12-month contract - I was only leasing for 6-months, guard at gated entrance everyday and all night.

Cons:
Indifferent leasing agents, poor service cable company (US Online) that went in and out with no warning, microwave too small,noisy apt (mine next to Memorial drive road), assigned covered parking too far from apt. (leasing agent Erin would not show me where it was when I was looking to lease), no satellite TV allowed,


Personal Issues:
I was on the 1st floor and when it rained my apt. was invaded by bugs from the patio. When I called for Emergency Maintenance, the manager told to wait until tomorrow!!! I will NOT be renewing my lease!!!

Overall:
Lease here if you don't care about quality of cable service and can get on 2nd floor apt. or higher to avoid bugs when it rains. Also look at your assigned covered parking spot before you lease - is it close''
