We moved in last September because we were in love with the grounds and the floorplan.

I have no issues with the management office. They are very nice and always recognize me by name. Any time I have called regarding maintenance issues, they are fixed the same day. The maintenance staff is extremely professional.

Here are my issues:
1. My upstairs neighbor is the noisest person on the planet. I can hear absolutely everything that he does, from running his washing machine to yelling at his kid.
2. My downstairs neighbor smokes like a chimney. I can smell it in my apartment every time he smokes, and the windows are not open.
3. The landscaping, while beautiful, does lead to quite a bit of humidity in the apartment.
4. Lack of insulation/inferior insulation is leading to ridiculously high electric bills. And, I don't keep the a/c on an unreasonable temperature.

Overall, it's a lovely complex. Very polite neighbors. Parking is adequate. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
