opinion From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here almost a year and I agree that the rent is too high, but it's suppose to be comped by the atmosphere and security. However, my car and another have been broken into. Aside from that, I do feel safe here. My upstairs neighbors can be loud but thats what you get when you live on the bottom. I can also hear pretty clear through my bedroom wall. Mgt is nice and work orders get processed quickly, but not always effectively. I suggest that if you want a quite atmosphere you should live here. It's probably better to live in one of the corner apts. Not too many even in the late 20's. There are several families, but the kids have never been a problem. Even though the wooded area is nice, I hardly get any natural light. It's neat to see the wildlife that roam around, but watch out for the spiderwebs. And the bug problem after a rain is true.
