Terrible management--Don't move here.

I've lived here for almost a year now. I used to love it here, until the new manager took over. She is incompetent and rarely takes responsibility for what happens on the property.
A couple of weeks ago, my dog was attacked by a huge German Sheperd on the property. I was walking my small cocker spaniel mix. We saw the German Sheperd walking with its owner. My dog began to cower, and the German Sheperd got away from its owner and charged my dog and bit her on the neck. He almost killed her, and she suffered sever wounds to her neck.
A leasing agent happened to be showing the property and witnessed the event. She told the owner of the large dog that the German Sheperd was in violation of contract because it is too large and it is an aggressive breed. She told her to remove the dog immediately. I filed the incident in the management office with a leasing agent.
A week later, I found out that the German Sheperd was still on the property, so I contacted the leasing office again to let them know. By this point I had talked to at least four people in the office. I even contacted corporate about the issue.
A few days passed, and I realized that nothing was being done, so I went back up to the office and talked to Mary. The corporate regional director also happened to be there. When I told the two of them what had happened to my dog, they hadn't heard anything about it. It was news to them that a German Sheperd was on the property and almost killed my dog.
This is what unsettles me--The two people who are supposedly in charge of this property had no idea that such a severe event had occurred.
Additionally, a neighbor friend of my was walking his dog, and he saw a different German Sheperd on the other side of the property--it also seemed very aggressive. Because of the recent event with my dog, he approached her and asked her if management knew that dog was on the property. The woman walking the German Sheperd responded that Mary knew about the dog but let her move in anyway.
Whatever the case is, Mary is either violating contracts to make more money, or she is totally incompetent and doesn't notice when 100 pound aggressive dogs are walking around her property.
She is negligent. Whenever I approach her with problems I've been having, she gets defensive and blames her staff, or she says that the Regional director at corporate will vouch for her.
I simply don't feel safe here anymore, because Mary is not doing her job, and a bad clientele is starting to move in. Everyone I've talked to is moving out soon because of her. Do yourself a favor and overlook this place.

But the management handled it poorly. My comment was on the unprofessional management. They are responsible for allowing large, aggressive dogs live on property, which is a breach of contract--It's hard not to notice German Sheperds walking the grounds. Because management has not been abiding by terms of the lease contract, they are, indirectly, responsible for my dog being attacked. But I would hate to ask you to use deductive reading, so instead I'll suggest that you read more carefully before you post a condescending remark.
