Run away...run away and never look back From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This place is a train wreck. Maintenance is awful! The maintenance people always schedule appointments with you but NEVER return. The roof leaks inside of the walls when it rains. There is mold all over the place and no one ever comes to assist in efforts to get rid of it. I was told that the apartments are sprayed once a month and no one has ever come to spray. The water is always turned off for the entire complex; the front gate is always broken. People of all ages are always in the parking lots or hanging outside of your car. The kids scratch up the cars for fun. I have an additional 8 scratches on my car since the time I moved in. We also caught several children running across (like from the trunk to the windshield) our car and the neighbor's car. Currently, the people across the parking lot seem to be having an unadvertised yard sale everyday. This is all complimented by the young thug/street pharmacists and pals at the end of our row that loves throwing "parties." Run away!!!!
