Like paying other's water bills'

The water bill is split between all tenants. I was only home 5 days last month yet my water bill was the highest Ive ever been billed. I guess a lot of people are moving out. I think it is unfair.

I have lived here for 1 year and the water bills are very fair. I lived at an apartment before that was sub-metered before and the water bills ran anywhere from $25.00 to my highest bill being $61.00. I am okay with the water bills I have been receiving at PAAB. The highest I have paid here is only $12.00. Not too bad...it could be worse.
