You can do alot better than The Park. Parking is the worst I have seen. Office staff is even worse. The apt. is nice, but for what they charge you would think the fixtures would be gold. Do not listen to 90% of the good reviews for this complex, they are written by office staff. You can truly get a better apt. for less money three miles away.

"Worst I have seen"--I think this is an exaggeration. It's interesting to me how everyone assumes that if the review is good than the office staff must have written it. Obviously, we must have all had a much different experience at the Park. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and even commuted into Houston to continue living there. It is a little more expensive, but I'm willing to pay a little more money for a sense of safety and the obvious attention to detail to maintain the complex. Now that I am relocating to another state I am once again searching for apartments and if Fingers Company maintained a complex there I would not hesitate to move in.

I totally agree with sharingair. I wrote a positive review in May 2005 and continue to believe this complex is outstanding. I fully expect to renew my lease for a fourth year in October if my work situation does not change.
