Worth It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've enjoyed the prestige of this complex as well as the townhouse appearance and well landscaped grounds. The sidewalks throughout the complex make it great for bike-riding. Neighbors within are quiet and respectful of others probably better than most residential neighborhoods. I do feel for the rental cost that one or two security guards could be hired to patrol and curtail tailgating of unauthorized vehicles through the front gates as they open for other resident's vehicles.
