It's a nice place to live, however do not count on getting deposits back. Management keeps very poor records. Management would not return money that was admittedly credited to my account. Instead, they increased my pet "damage" fee and kept the money that was owned to me. Management was insulting!!

When a pet damages the carpet in the apartment home, you are responsible to pay for the cost to replace the carpet and the pad. Please understand you are not charged more for a pet damage fee, you are only charged for the damage caused from the pet.
