It has been 10 months since I left PAB after 3 years, but I had only 2 calls to maintenace, one to clean off the fans which were too high for me to reach. Both responses were timely. The racoons did create a bit of a mess near the dumpsters, but represented a part of the charm of living near a nature preserve like the Armand Bayou.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and I do not go around asking others what they pay! That seems extremely rude. I'm sure that some pay less, while some might pay more than me. That's the way it goes. I also wonder why someone would use the race card- that is not a funny joke. As for maintenance, they have always completed work orders very quickly for me, usually by the next day. I even had to call late at night for my a/c once, and the guy was out within an hour! I feel that the customer service here is great. The racoons are present and I would not take my trash out to the dumpsters at night, but they do not bother you. And if you keep your apartment clean, you will not have a problem with bugs.

Are you sure you are referring to the Park at Armand Bayou on Bay Area Blvd.? I am a current resident and have had NO problems whatsoever with maintenance or customer service, and the apt. I reside in (1bdrm/1bth PlanB) is well maintained. Office staff is always friendly & helpful. Maintanence is timely & repairs things quickly. In addition, I always receive a follow up call from the corporate office confirming that my mtc. issues were resolved. THIS APT. COMPLEX IS LUXURIOUS, QUIET & VERY PEACEFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND.
