Excellent Community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived at PAAB for 7 months while on a job assignment in the Houston area, and my experience was very positive. The apartments are well-built, spacious, and clean. The kitchen appliances were relatively new, and I had no problems with them. Though ventilation in the bathroom was limited to an exhaust fan, I did not experience any mold or mildew. The community is quiet and well-lit (lots of light would stream through my windows at night, but the blinds blocked it just fine), and I did not hear anything from the adjacent apartments. The only issue I had was that my central A/C unit died twice, but within two hours maintenance had brought a portable A/C unit into my bedroom to use until they fixed the apartment's A/C. The front office was very easy to work with and was very understanding and helpful when I had issues related to being on the road frequently (usually related to paying the water bill). I was called twice, unprompted, to see how the apartment was and to ask if there were any maintenance requests I had. The garage easily fit my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Overall, this was a great community and I would recommend it to anyone.
