so nice! quiet and beautiful. and the MOST of the staff is great.

the grounds are always kept really nice. the scenery is beautiful, there are racoons and deer at night and they are so cute. they dont bother you. maintenance is very helpful, if you need something they take care of it right away. garages are not made for anything larger than a small car. make sure that you get a unit with a parking space in front of your garage. residents fight over parking spaces. there is not enough spaces to go around, so having guests is a pain.lease was up so i decided not to renew it, but i would come back. its very pleasant and quiet and there is never anyone outside making noise. BUT, i had a tentant move in above me during the last month i was there and it was pure hell! is sounded like a herd of buffalos lived upstairs. i guess the walls and floors are thin. i could hear full conversations during the day. but besides them, @ 9am the apartments clear out and everyone goes to work. its very very quiet and peaceful(besides the tenants from hell upstairs and their galloping kid) now the staff, besides the one that is always there, it seems like they have a new girl in there everytime i go in there. the new girls are always rude and annoying so ask for Devin. he is always sweet and helpful.

You are right the new girl(s) are rude and annoying. I always park in my garage or in front of the garage. I must say some of my neighbors are just oblivious to the parking problem.
The maintenance crew is awesome.
