This place sucks .. the new management co-ordinator (the one after alice) and currently in ..is absolutely unpolite and unkind . a pure rasist .. she has treated us like dogs moving us from place to place and charging us extra. the management charges u like anything and just put the money in their pockets .. till now we havent also got money which we shd have got to refer a friend .
pls guys i would recommend that do not join this place .. its full of durt , roches and nothing. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

This one is comical. Since when does management make the decision to move tenants "from place to place"? Moving a tenant in every instance I have ever heard of is as a result of a tenant's request and in every such instance is accompanied by a justifiable charge - someone has to pay the cost of cleaning and restoring the apartment for new tenants. If the apartment was so bad, why would you recommend the apartment to a friend - something that must have happened to "earn" the money to poster has claimed was not paid.
As a postscript, before accusing a person or group or being racist, you should take care to spell the word correctly. It is not spelled "rasist".

I disagree with your review. We have resided at PAAB since December 2006 and have NEVER had a problem with the manager. As a matter of fact, she is always kind and helpful. If you has moved from one apt. to another, which is what I think you mean by "moving us from place to place", your lease stipulates that you will be charged for that. This is a standard charge stated in ALL apt. leases. PAAB is very well maintained and we have NEVER ever seen any roaches in our apt. I have no clue what dirt you are referring to... Finally, I think your main problem is that you have yet to receive your money for referring a friend. Are you sure your friend wrote your name down on his/her application in the 'who referred you' space? If not, you will never receive a payment because that IS a requirement. I'd suggest that you ask your friend if he/she did list you as a referral on the application. If so, I would speak to the manager and inquire as to how long it takes to receive your 'refer a friend' money as there may be a waiting period involved. If possible, I'd suggest you bring your friend with you when you go speak to the manager.
