I lived there for 1 year and I was desperately to get out of there. There are roaches all over the place and it doesn't have anything to do with cleanliness. My apartment was always neat and clean, but I always find roaches in the microwave, in the refrigerator, on my bed, well....everywhere. I made lots of complaints about it, and they sent the pest control guy every week, but it didn't work at all...but..... how can it work if my next door neighbors were the most disgusting people I ever met. They were loud, LAZY, messy, nasty, dirty, etc., they even asked us for money everyday. My little son was so scare of them.
The kids are so rude, of course that's their parents fault, if they are in the middle of the parking lot and they see that a car is coming, they don't move.
The office staff is lazy and rude!!! they have no idea what customer service is. Specially this girl Cindy.
The only 2 good things about it: the townhouses are very nice and comfortable and the maintenance guys, they are quick and friendly.
