Why doesn't somebody pick up the human feces under the stairwell of P building, facing S.
Voss.
Yes thats right, HUMAN FECES.
The office has been told several times by different residents.
Nothing has been done! The maintenance guys actually picked up all the trash and beer cans from around it , and left it there! What the ----! Its been there 2 weeks! ---- this complex...
PICK UP THE DAMN ---- ALREADY!!!

He is correct, I m here since 1 year the apartment staff don't have prompt handling of problems and one lady staff is really rude in speaking to customers. Major problem with this apartment is Bed bugs,roaches and pets, it is quite sure they don't have good maintenance team even though they charge heavily.Now they are offering deals as lot of residents left this place

I have been here for six months, everytime I go to the office for a maintenance order I am taken care of right away. The people that work in the office are great.

WHO CARES IF THE OFFICE HAD DONUT DAILY, IS IT WORTH BED BUGS EATING AT YOU AND SOMETIMES U JUST DONT NOTICE THEM, NOT ENOUGH GUARDS FOR THE HUMONGOUS COMPLEX NOT TO MENTION THEY PLAY AROUND AND DONT DO THEIR JOB, BATS ALMOST DIVING DOWN ON YOU AT NIGHT, CRIMINALS IN THE COMPLEX DAILY COMITTING CRIMES, PARKING SPACES ARE THE SMALLEST IN THE CITY. YOU CANT EVEN GET OUT WITH OUT HITTING SOMEONES CAR. PEOPLE ARE INCONSIDERATE ABOUT THE WAY THEY HOG 2 SPACES AT ONCE AND THATS ALL OVER. THE MANAGER IS REAL WEIRD SO IS THE OFFICE PEOPLE. THEY FAST TALK YOU, LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHEN THINGS ARE GONNA HAPPEN, DOWN TALK YOU, AND THEY JUST LOOK LIKE THEY BELONG IN A CLUB OR SOMETHING. JUST NOT THAT PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR DEMEANOR AND ACTIONS. THE POOL IS FULL OF PEE CUZ THERES TOO MANY DIRTY KIDS, THE HOT TUB ISNT HOT EVER, YOURE LUCKY IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL AND IF YOU TRY TO PLAY WITH THEM THEY MIGHT START A FIGHT WITH YOU CUZ THEYRE GHETTO. TRUST ME DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOURE A DIRTY CARELESS CRIMINALLY MINDED CRACKHEAD BECAUSE THATS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS. THE DUMPSTER ROOMS ALL OF THEM ARE SO FILTHY THAT THE FILTH IS OVER YEARS OLD. THEY DONT MAINTAIN THE TRASH ROOM INSTEAD THERE ARE MILLIONS OF BUGS EVERYWHERE, SMELL IS HORRIBLE. THESE BUGS AND FLIES FROM THE TRASH GET IN YOUR HOUSE TOO. THERES LOTS OF SCAM ARTIST CRACKHEADS WALKIN AROUND TRYING TO SCAM YOU. THE LADY AT THE FOOD STORE IN THE COMPLEX HAS ISSUES. SHE IS RUDE FOR NO REASON AND THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. EVERYTHING THIS COMPLEX SAYS TO MAKE THEM SOUND GOOD IS EITHER A LIE, ITS BROKEN NEVER GETTIN FIXED, OR JUST NOT WORTH ALL THE DRAMA AND NIGHTMARES YOU'LL BE EXPERIENCING HERE CONSTANTLY. YOU WILL FEEL VERY SCARED WALKIN AROUND AT NIGHT, THE HALLWAYS STINK SO BAD LIKE INDIAN FOOD AND TRASH. GO BY AND SEE FOR URSELF. NOT ONE THING I SAID WAS A LIE. TOO MANY LITTLE COLLEGE KIDS PARTYING AND BEING ANNOYING AND TOO MANY KIDS MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE. THEY ALSO SEGREGATE THE COMPLEX. ONE SIDE SEEMS TO HAVE A LOT OF BLACK PEOPLE AND THE OTHER SIDE LOTS OF ------- AND OTHER. I LIVED THERE LONG ENOUGH TO SEE AND IM VERY OBSERVANT. THE FREE FOOD THEY DO GIVE YOU EVERY MONTH IS CRAP. ITS CHEAP LOW QUALITY FOOD EVERY TIME. DONT LET ANYONE TRICK YOU. THIS PLACE IS FOR THUGS, PARTIERS, AND CLASSLESS PEOPLE

everything parkatvossisghetto said is true. hahah. the human feces thing is pretty horrible but have not experienced that. have been wanting to leave this place since like day 2. and cant because its to expensive to break my lease. never again will i make this mistake!
