changing fast From: c_evans_56@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am still waiting for my lease to run out. The activities that happen at night is on the rise. The pool in 2006 was closed half of the summer. The grounds are being rapidly trampled by young thugs. If you look at the apartments they like for you to ride in their little golf cart so that you can't see the muddy areas or areas covered with dog crap or kids empty sports drinks. Just less than a year ago this was a great place to live, now it has kids being mischevious destroying property and speaking with loud profanity. Most of my maintence calls have been addressed quickly. How can I get the young people to go elsewhere to smoke,drink and socialize instead of next to my car or in front of my apartment at 1-2am.
