When we first moved to these apartments,it wasn't too bad at all. As the time progressed, I started seeing more and more children out here. I was wondering what was going on. It's not that I don't like children, Hell I have children of my own but these children are just out of control. You here them cursing each other out like crazy and everything. They don't respect peoples property. They will sit on your parked vehicle(s), put their clothes on your vehicles, hang around the gates all the time, etc. I've seen 2 children arguing (as children do) and one of the mothers came out of her house and jumped in. I found out that the reason that I saw more and more kids is because this facility accepts government assistance like Section 8, etc. Now I guess I was more upset because I specifically asked them if they accepted this and if they would have told me that they did, I would not have ever moved here. I have paid $921.00/mth for 3 years and my neighbor only pays five hundred and some odd dollars for the same floor plan. I understand that some people need help and therefore the government do help them, but it seems that when complexes start to accept Section 8, etc, the quality of the apartments start to go down(in due time).Not only that but there is more and more crime that is starting to happen out here, car theft, vandalization, break-ins. It use to be real nice out here but NO I would not recommend anyone to rent from here because it is only going to get worse.As far as the other comments, they are ALL TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME I HAVE LIVED HERE THE LONGEST. WILL BE MOVING REAL SOON.
