The Parklane has an evaporative cooling tower at the back of the property adjacent to neighbors.
Yes an evaporativbe cooling tower like the ones featured in the movie Erin Borkovich.
It is a noise nuisance braking the laws of Houston and it spews liquids into the ground and bicoides and legionella bacteria into the air.
No wonder the residents of Parklane find it so wonderful.
They have exported all the problems to neighbors.
Lil Brown is a creep of the lowest order.

I agree Lil Brown is very rude, however if the chemicals that The Parklane "spews" are so toxic, why have they not been fined, or shut down? I don;t believe that you are the police chief for one second. The guy at the front Jerry is awesome!

People who don't live here or who haven't spent a significant time visiting the building shouldn't be permitted to post reviews. I haven't seen any 'spewing liquids' or heard any noise from the cooling tower and I've lived in the Parklane for years. Perhaps the person complaining lives in the cheap matchbox apts. next door with walls so paper thin that you can hear a fart from the next room
