Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   The manager, Jo I believe it is, is rude and lacks compassion, sympathy and understanding. You can tell she's one of those people who have had to work with too many scumbags throughout her life and they've made her bitter and unopen to kindness. She treats everyone as though they have no worth. I feel for anyone who has to share a moment with her.
