Management has their priorities wrong. Instead of fixing up apartments and fixing the flooding problem they build an enormous clock tower with no clock!!!! '''' And they are misleading the public by false advertising that all bills are paid with a big sign. We have to pay a water bill $20 cap and the 3 to 5 dollars for each person that lives in your apartment. Because the apartments are old and there is no carpet in the new tenants apartments you can hear everything that goes on above you. And I do indicate everything. If you decide to live here make sure you look over the apartment extremely well before moving in because they might have hid the problem,not fixed the problem. Laundry facilities are a nightmare. Guys set in there after 5 drinking and smoking. And if that is not bad enought you have to watch out for girls and boys with the lights off or thugs waiting in the dark.
