This complex is under new management and it seems as though the management has no corporate office....which is not a plus at all. I recently moved out due to problems with the management not fixing hazardous conditions and the "new" atmosphere. I had a hole in the my ceiling and all they did was paint over it. They gave me a month free for my a/c burning in the middle of the night and when I opted to move out because of the living conditions, they were reasonable...which is the only good thing to say about them. My car was damaged in the parking lot and other residents constantly disconnected my cable so they can watch for free while I was paying for a "snowy" screen. This complex does not have security and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. The complex has a problem with leaky sewage. Every month it seemed like, there was an overflow of sewage and when you walked into the parking lot, you had to walk in the sewage to get to your vehicle...very disgusting...and dont let me even begin speaking of the smell. The water ran slow for several months and there are kids running all over the complex playing hide and seek around every corner all of the night. I could go on and on about this place....but so you wont have to endure what I have been through, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX....NOT WORTH ANYONES MONEY....BUT THEN AGAIN, I GUESS YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET.
