Parkway Apartments

Not a good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I lived here for over 2 years and it was a good place at first but management changed and they became disrespectul and had not desire to improve the complex. Maintenance was very slow and repairs made as cheaply as possible. I moved out after my apartment was broken into because the gates were always broken and the side gate was never locked. Apartments around this complex are "VERY BAD" and police advised they thought my thief was from a complex across the street but never could prove it. After I moved out when my lease was up, the management was unreasonable as my carpet was terrible when I moved in and they made me pay over $200 besides the deposit they kept to pay for new carpet. New management so unable to get them to bend. Please be wise and choose a different complex or you will be very disappointed.
