Low-Rent District From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007   When I moved here it was a great apartment community...it was quiet, had considerate neighbors, and nice landscaping. Things have gotten progressively worse. The landscaping has not been maintained(it is shabby and unkempt), the pools have rarely been cleaned, the nice stucco wall that encircled the property had been removed in most places and left standing (in poor condition) in a few spots (it makes no sense), the access gates have not worked in months, noisy neighbors, un-supervised children and the list could go on and on. Whenever I question "management", their response is something senseless. This has truly become a low-rent complex! Don't waste your time...go elsewhere!
