1st of all you work there! Second you have not leaved in the property that long! About secuity that is not true at all! Office staff is the same so I don't know what your talking about! THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. ALL IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY GO TO GET A PAY CHECK! MAINTANCE STILL IS NOT THE BEST CUZ I HAD AN EMERGANCY AND THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GO TILL MONDAY! IT WAS A WATER LEAK ON A SATURDAY! PEOPLE LISTEN UP DON'T MOVE THERE CUZ YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED NICE AND THEY DON'T CARE!

Who are you...Mr."Think Everthing-Is-So-Wonderful"??!! Members of the management staff are uncaring and unresponsive (most of whom can barely speak English). The access gates no longer work...and the exit gate has been closed (with lock and chain)...there is only one way to enter and exit the property! There is a pile of old mattresses and furniture that has been placed by a dumpster...its been there for over a week! When is that going to be removed? There is a "port-a-potty" out on the property...for what? What's the purpose for that? There are numerous potholes...when are they going to be repaired? The property is horrible! So, I don't know that cleaning wp they have done!! Are you referring to The Parkway on Harbor Town Drive? All that management does is collect the rent!!

I have lived at this property for over 5 years. This property is SHOT TO HELL! I agree with the previous responses! And to add to that, there are children as well as adults running all around the property at all times of the day and night, playing, drinking beer, having domestic disputes, reparing and washing vechicles, having bbq's in breezeways....do I need to say more. The property is not lit (no lights) at night, which is VERY unsafe. OH YEA...Security, there is ONE guard to secure TWO large complexes...No one mentioned that The Parkway and our neighbors Parkgreen are now owned by the same company. The workers that work on the peoperty, are from some unknown, no name company, workers I believe they go pick up from the Fiesta parking lot everymorning. The work they do is horrible! They take PARTS of something down and "patch up" whatever it was with some piece that dosen't even match! THEN, THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO BE GOING UP ON THE RENT!!! I still think I am being punk'd!

now now people The old management was there for about two months and they sucked they were horrible yes its true but there is a new management there and they are the best so far in about two months they have done so much work there and cleaned up so good its amazing...in two months they painted, relandscaped, remodeled and got rid of a bunch of bad people. Yeah it was bad but now I would say its in the right track after 10 years THIS is the best and would recommend this place to anyone.
