I WANT OLD MANAGEMENT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I AGREE WITH THE RESIDENT. EVERY SINCE WE HAVE BEEN IN NEW MANAGEMENT THINGS ARE NOT HTE SAME. I HAVE ONLY BEEN LIVING HERE A YEAR. THE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER TWO COMPLEXES AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO BALANCE WORK. I CALL FOR FIXES AND IT TAKES THEM 2 WEEKS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PUTTING UP NOTICES TALKING ABOUT YOU HAVEN'T PAID YOUR RENT, THEN YOU HAVE TO WASTE TIME GOING UP THERE TO PROVE TO THEM THAT YOU HAVE. THEY SHOULD ONLY MANAGE ONE COMPLEX AT A TIME. I BELIEVE ALL THEY ARE DOING IS PAINTING OVER PROBLEMS. THE OTHER COMPLEX LOOKS BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE, THATS THE ONLY PROGRESS IVE SEEN. THEY SHOULD HAVE LEFT PARKWAY THE WAY IT WAS...AND WITH THE OLD MANAGEMENT!
