For temp rent is good From: ahahah Date posted: 2/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Some benefits like: the location -- close to medical center. the school -- good elementary school. the community -- high educationed chinese & medical center staff no lease -- mean you can be kick off (who knows) late charge -- no mercy (pay anyway no matter first time or second) disadvantage: price is a little bit high,apartment is old enough, maintain is sometime slow, staff is rude sometime, the grass and groud in backyard is terrible, the road is awful x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
