Parkwood Apartments

excellent living in an "old world" fashion From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1998   I lived in Parkwood apartments in 1985-1986, and then, after moving back to Houston, lived there from 1995-1998. This has been some of the most comfortable living I ever had. Solid - dang solid - building construction, plus beautifully landscaped grounds (50 year-old oaks), with a "backyard" bigger than most homes in the inner-city! The apartments don't have a lot of the modern amentities (swimming pool, gym), but is well-compensated with great neighbors with a huge cultural diversity. And, within walking distance of Hermann Park and the TMC, the location can't be beat!
