Parque View Apartments

Not thrilled From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   Good points: Nice exterior with well-maintained grounds, close to METRO stop that runs to the Medical Center. Small fitness center, ample parking. Low points: Had bike stolen from patio. Entrance/exit gates frequently broken. Complex has had its share of crime. Office staff has improved recently (previously, they were *extremely* rude), but often fails to follow through with requests. Overall: Not a bad place for the price, and a very convenient place to live if you are low-maintenance and work nearby the Medical Center.
