Roaches Roaches everywhere. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Nice location. But the management is Rude, inconsiderate and wants all your money. I was billed for utilities for the time period before my moving in. It took 2 months and several trips to fix the situation. Broken dishwasher took 3 weeks to fix. Broken A/C took 4 days to fix in houston's july heat - Reason for not coming in 2nd day :We knocked and no one opened the door. When in reality, they will come into your apt without asking or informing with wrong apt number on their repair receipt or to give you a bill. They will litrally open up your apt to do what they want to do without asking you. Roaches are everywhere. I have heard the neighbours talk about Rats as well. Management is the WORST management I have ever seen. I will definately not recommend this place. My car was broken into the first month i was there. And a girl who works in office said that its almost every week there is a break in and the management does not do ANYTHING about it.
