I agreed with much of the others commments. The eolpe at the office will lie to you, will show you a nice clean apartment, no the one you will leave at, and when you are there with your belongins you will find that nothing works well inside it. The refrigerator is really old, fixed with arts of different ones, really noisy, which will interrupt your sleep with terrible type of explosions. The diswasher do not wash the dishes properly. Every time it rains, the water leaks in the ceiling and the big stain is growing each time, and painting is peeling off every where inside. If you write a letter to inform the situation and want to have a copy signed by the person who receive the letter you will be treated as a delinquent who wants to harm them...if you leave a message in the voice mail, it will never be answered. Lately, we do not have hot water and nobody have answer anything about that, even though many residents have called the office. They are closed in time they are supposed to be opened.That way you never know when you possible contact the office manager or assistant. Sad to say but or it is a poor management or neither the owners nor the manager cares for this place which is falling apart. I have been locked inside the appartment and lost many time trying to open because the door is not matching with the door frame.
