I just found out about this website. I have to say that I have lived here for two years aswell and have had a good time. It may not be a BRAND NEW property at the same time your paying for the location and the convenience of being close to the MedCenter. I have had some issues with maintenance, but they all have been resolved to this day. I actually like the staff in the office thay just got a new leasing person. The manager has been here since I have. I would deifinetely recommend the property to anyone that needs the convenience of the location. I recetly considered moving out quickly found that I was better of here ar Parque View. I read some of this comments about safety and building and looking GHETTO! Whats looking ghetto' I encourage for you to look at the area and see how they seem. Security, I recently visited Harvest Hill the guy there answered the safety question, it made sense. " No one can guarantee your safety, crime knows no name, address and time of day. HPD is having a hard time keeping up with it. We can not and will not guarantee your safety. If any property guarantees your safety they are lying, unless you have a officer at your front door 24/7.... something like that. I enjoy Parque View and will continue to live here until I finish my school. I encourage others to give Parque View a chance. I sure did. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Seems like management wrote this. Safety IS a problem. Just check the police reports from the City of Houston.
