There was a fire back in April that ruined 8 units, it took them 4-5 months before they even started working on tearing that 1/2 of the building down and they are still not ready for move-n. It appears that either the management company doesn't have insurance because they are trying to collect money where-ever they can. They have raised the pet deposit and are now charing a per pet fee, the rent is not worth the price of the poor-lanscaped, poor-management, 20 year old appliances, no amenities, except maybe your car getting stolen, broken into or burnt to the ground. Oh yeah, there was a resident that burned another resident's car to a crisp!!! I can't wait to get out of this place.
