We love the apartment itself. Lots of shade and parking availability. Most neighbors are quiet (there a few new ones that are obviously partiers but mostly on the weekends.) Family-oriented feel here. New maintenance crew seems a lot slower than the old one before the company buy-out (been waiting 2 weeks so far now for a minor problem). Contract workers after the storm were abrupt in their announcements of apartment reviews for repairs (you were expected to put your pets up the next day, with no time to make arrangements!) & the roofers did leave lots of shingles & nails dangerously out on the lawn & sidewalks. The lawn care crew is getting better about not mowing before 9am (finally, we get some sleep!). I'm still not yet particularly impressed with the new management, but we'll see. Still waiting on personal card keys to get into the gym whenever we want. Pool area has been resurfaced & looks nice. New paint on the buildings looks great, buildings need some repair. Good price compared to other places nearby.
