A year ago I would have told you this place was amazing, however now that I have stayed another year and another management company has moved in I would have to say differently. Staff is never available and when they are they don't tell you anything. The manager is nice to your face but never fixes your problem. Only when the health department is involved do they care for you. They have given up on old residents and only want new residents. When you are going to sign a new lease the first time they jacked my rent up $70 this round they were going to jack it up over $100. Very over priced and not worth it. When it rains your aparment leaks and they could care less as long as its not affecting them. The prices may seem good right now but the lower they are the crappier the service. Not to mention the higher it will raise when you are to sign a new contract. The pool is never open on the weekends. Instead of putting chemicals in it on Monday they choose Friday and lock the pool until the weekend is over. Awful place.
