We moved in, in May and this is place isn't that bad, we never have a parking problem and enjoy the peace and quite, I mean all the noise we hear are kids running and playing, how bad can that be....I feel safe here. Compared to where we where living before, this place ROCKS! the rent is reasonable , our light bill is what we payed last summer, since we like it cold...Bedrooms are good size, and I love my garden tub....The complex was just bought by another company, so things are going to get a lot better, like a state of the art fitness center, I'm just hoping we don't have to pay a key deposit, thats my only problem...
