I lived there almost 4years and for the 1st year everything was perfect after that terrible. Rent goes up every lease you sign, Management is sucks this is the the 4th time new management take over, parking area is always full so you have to park your car outside of the apt,pool area is always noisy, managment doesn't care if you have something leaking in your apt or any other problem to be fixed they send maintenance on their own convenience and the MAJOR PROBLEM i had is electricity bill,I switched 3 electricity in 4 years but no help every month i used to pay almost $400.00 never paid electricity bill that high in any apartment. when we discussed this matter to the leasing office they seemed to be careless just say sorry doesn't pay my electricity bill. Manager britney is rude and she has totally unprofessional attitude.Thank god we are not a part of those ------ apartment anymore. DO NOT make wrong decision by seeing cheap rent cause IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL...!!!

I just wanted to comment about your electric bill. I don't live there anymore but when I did I never received a bill that was over 10 dollars a month!I kept thinking something is wrong with this, especially when I got it in June and it was 6 dollars... Anyhow I think the wiring is definitly messed up and you are paying for others electricity..
