I love it! From: bobogal Date posted: 4/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've never been in Houston before I moved here for my gruduate program. I stayed in Pin Oak the first year, and not only it's impossible to find a good parking spot, but there were so many roaches at my house that I screamed for my life every time I saw them. So, after my lease was up in a year, I decided to do a thorough apartment search. Phoenician is my final choice, and I've been here for six months now, and still love my apartment. The building is a little bit old, but since they maintain it so well, it is aboslutely clean and nice. There are tons of parking spots for you and your guests. Also, I have not seen a roach in sight ever since I moved in. The management is super nice. Lori, who left already, picked a great apartment for me while I was in NY for my summer internship. The only compliant I have is that the wall is a bit thin, you hear people walking on top of your unit. Other than that, I have no complaints! Thanks Phoenician for giving me a great experience in Houston.
