After several frustrating weeks in searching for a place to live at a reasonable price, I stumbled onto this property as a last minute possibility. The place is beautiful, calm and always well maintained. The pool and grounds really do feel and give you that resort-style look, unlike other properties who claim to have the same, but in actual fact resemble nothing of the sort. Maintenance is always on top of any problems we may have and are quickly taken care of. They are also careful to leave notices if they have entered our unit, detailing what was done inside. The staff is friendly --at times short staffed and unavailable, but still helpful nonetheless. The community is quiet and I have not experienced any problems with the neighbors or other tennants. At times the pool area can be noisy, but that is to be expected during summer months. Unfortunately there have been several loud late-night gatherings during the weeknights which can be especially disturbing if you are trying to sleep. However, overall I find this property the perfect place to live for the price, location and ambiance. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place around the galleria area.

Yah, its pretty allright. I lived there five years. But there is no soundproofing so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors say & do. Basically its just your "stick and brick" cheap construction, with some pretty palm trees and a nice pool stuck in. But when you hear your neighbor going to the bathroom and talking on the phone, its just a little TOO much information.
