Don't live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   No Hot water in Bld 9. It's not in the budget for them to fix it. Maintenance staff don't know what they are doing. They can't even repair a whole in the floor. The bottom of the walls have holes and that's not in their budget to repair. I have lived in 3 different apartments thinking it would get better. This apartment sucks and the area sucks. Gun shots at night, prostitution, and drug infested area. Parking is crowded. Neighbors are noisy and disrespectful
