Fire Hazzard From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   Sporadic hot water. Slow to no maintnence. Water leaks not fixed in timely maner (2-4 months). Gas leaks in south boiler room leaking into adjoining residences. Over flowing garbage. Small pool is dirty and green most times. Take pictures of everything. Make management give you reciepts for everything. Record conversations with managment.
