this is a horrible apartment complex.

The management will not fix things.

My air conditioner has been out four times in the year I have lived here.

They will not fix it or anything else.

They expect their rent every month without holding to their end of the lease to keep things in working condition.

The people in the office tell you and also blame you for breaking things.

I would not recommend a rat to live here.
The swimming pools have been green ever since I moved in.
