THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND NEVER AVAILABLE AND ALTHOUGH THE ASST. IS VERY NICE SHE IS UNABLE TO HELP YOU WITHOUT GETTING WITH THE RUDE, ARROGANT PROPERTY MANAGER.
