Pineforest Park Apartments

Big Changes at Pineforest Park & Place From: problemfree33 Date posted: 7/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   They have a courtesy officer that is now living on property. The have a renovation in progress and the new paint is really making it look nice. They are also re-doing all of the pools and fixing the access gates. There is a new manager in the office who really seems to care and is able to get things done. The staff is nice and friendly and although I had a little problem getting a maintenance request done, the manager acted promptly and immediately resolved the issue. I am a very happy resident and I plan to stay for a while.
