Great Place To Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008   Im reading these reviews and I am shocked.. I grew up there and my mother still lives there for over 17 years. Yes, there are a lot of kids who play in the neighborhood, but that makes it all the better. Its great for kids to grow up having all the neighborhood playing outside. The maintenance men are so dedicated to the condo's. They all know me by name and would come over in a heart beat to fix anything we asked. They are trying to make the place a little nicer with the flowers and they are doing a great job! The new manager isn't exactly the best thing ever, but the past ones have been great! Every halloween they would throw a little fair. Security drives around at night. And to the person who said kids do drugs in their car... I dont know what condominiums you are living in. I know everyone (especially under 25) in that neighborhood. There are no kids doing drugs behind your apartment. Safest area in Houston. When i go home i still go jogging around at 3 am when i cant sleep. Best schools, Frostwood, Memorial Middle and Memorial High.
