Only Great person is Richard! From: Pineda2004 Date posted: 6/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   The staff there is rude! Richard is the only person that will get things done. The work orders take for ever to be completed! They have gone thru manager after manager. The one they have now is a liar! They have a huge roach problem the grounds are not very well kept the grounds person just does the what he thinks you can see! I think every one should pass on this property. One person can not save the community.
