this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived--DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

The staff at these apartments are very rude, especially the assistant manager Stephanie, she is a big -----!!! The walls are super thin, I can hear conversations of people that live behind us, and the roach problem is UNBELIEVABLE. When we first moved in, there were roaches everywhere. If we hadn't already signed the lease, I would have been out of here. And the neighbors next door had a big ass pit bull dog that ran out without a leash all the time. We complained over and over to management about this (the dog was not supposed to be here anyway), finally after about 5 months, they finally took action after we threatened, but I will see if they follow through. There are days at a time when there is no hot water, we tell them, they say they know and that's it, but do nothing about it. But they are all in our face about the damn rent!!!! There is still a big hole covered up with boards where the pipe burst. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We broke the lease to get the f**k out of these apartments.

i left to, but i wish they would try to give me a broken lease. I'll just dispute it, becuase i know my rights as a tenant. Bad roaches, leaking roof, no hot water. what the f---- ? how do they expect someone to pay them rent faithfully, and they cant even do expected maintance duties?
