I've been here almost a year and in the year that I've been here, I've had my apartment flood three times dues to busted pipes. The entire time that i've been here my place has been under construction, being exposed to mold and god only know what else, since the walls are left exposed during repairs and the repairs usually take weeks to complete. So if you are thinking of moving here rethink it, like someone mentioned earlier the noise is there all the time, the walls are thin and if you are a light sleeper you will not be able to sleep...
