Can't wait to get out! From: rudemgmt Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Parking can be pretty tough, although only residents with parking stickers can park their cars inside. Don't turn your TV up above an average volume, or you might get a noise complaint. Easy to hear your neighbors. Maintenance will rig anything up to fix it, whether it is done correctly or not. The office staff has changed three times over the last year and has steadily declined in quality and communication. The office occasionally closes before the actual closing time. I have entered the front office to retrieve a package a number of times and there will be nobody in there, but the doors are unlocked, and everyone's packages are up for the grabbing. Ceiling fans are not in most units and cannot be installed, making air circulation pretty bad in the apartment. All in all, we feel safe while we are in the complex, but we are in a huge rush to get out. Drainage has been a constant problem since I moved in. Water always backs up in the tub and you will stand in water throughout your shower. Roaches and other bugs come and go, they have sprayed once in a year.
