I have lived here for just over a year and it is extremely difficult to discuss matters of concern with the office staff. I find that most of my discussions with them have gone over their heads and they are unable to discuss/resolve the issues at hand as a result of incomprehension. The office staff also has a serious double standard when it comes to enforcing policies. On one hand a policy will be treated very leniently and then will be most strict the next month without any warning. This causes a grave concern for me as a tenant because I am afraid they will try to find some new way to fee me without cause or warning.

Additionally, the parking garage and garbage container is a couple of blocks away from my apartment. This makes it very difficult for me to take out the trash daily. Additionally, the elevators are often broken down (I do not know how tenants with wheelchairs or physical difficulties manage here) and the gates are constantly broken.

The one positive thing is that the maintenance staff is excellent. They are quick, efficient, and extremely friendly.

I do not recommend renting from this apartment complex.
