I've lived here for only 3 months and i've had so many bad experiences with these apts. my whole building's hot water has been shut off for over two weeks now. The management insists that they are working on it. My garbaged diposal has been backed up for a month now, they have really bad maintaince and managment.Another thing is i was only one day late on rent due to hard times, and the book keeper along with a police officer started to bang on my door demanding that i vacate within 3 days......im considering contacting the Houston Apartment Association and local news stations....please dont move here unless you want pain and agony!!!!!!!!!!!

You should contact the Houston Apartment Association and The Texas Attorney General's office. They are in violation of the law. The Houston Police Department can not make anyone move. They are out of their jurisdiction. The only way management can make a resident move for deliquent rent is through an eviction. You need to report this.
